After School Program Staff

At New Morning Schools, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional childcare services to families in Southern New Hampshire. As a vital member of our organization, you will contribute significantly to fostering a secure and supportive atmosphere for children during their before and after school hours.
Position: Team Member - School Age Programs
Location: Southern NH area
Hours: Flexible shifts available between 6:45am-8:45am and 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both children and staff
- Promoting positive behavior and guidance among children
- Assisting in the orientation and training of new team members
- Participating in monthly staff meetings to enhance team collaboration
- Adhering to daily assignments and maintaining effective communication
- Demonstrating flexibility to cover various locations as required
Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Relevant experience or college coursework in education or child development
- Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius from Bedford
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with school-aged children
- CPR/First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
