Position: Team Member - School Age Programs

Location: Southern NH area

Hours: Flexible shifts available between 6:45am-8:45am and 2:00pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both children and staff
  • Promoting positive behavior and guidance among children
  • Assisting in the orientation and training of new team members
  • Participating in monthly staff meetings to enhance team collaboration
  • Adhering to daily assignments and maintaining effective communication
  • Demonstrating flexibility to cover various locations as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be at least 17 years of age
  • Relevant experience or college coursework in education or child development
  • Willingness to travel within a 30-minute radius from Bedford

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with school-aged children
  • CPR/First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
