Position Product Marketing Senior Manager - Clothes Care Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities Job Description Ability to drive results and manage communication workflow in a matrix commercial organization for clothes care products Lead the NPI checklist activities by working with agencies and other business stakeholders to deliver on-time assets required for each NPI launch Develop and execute all merchandising promotional programs including point-of-purchase, displays, field communications, and training assets for all distribution channels Develop and execute the plan to sell for both Retail and Contract channels Together with the Commercial Director lead the M-review and C-review processes Responsible for the creative process, messaging, and commercial content for all clothes care products Analyze clothes care digital engagement and usage data to better understand consumers at individual/segment level to better provide tailored messaging/products/solutions Interface with Field Sales and Customers to maximize effectiveness of merchandising programs. Co-manage the product line co-op/intern to support merchandising needs and marketing support in day-to-day activities What You'll Bring to Our Team BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college; Marketing or other Business related Minimum of 7 years of Commercial roles; such as sales, marketing, pricing and operations.
