POSITION SUMMARY
Enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate extraordinary care for residents as they efficiently address resident requests. Driven by a desire to build relationships, Customer Service Representatives naturally excel at connecting with residents and providing superior service to ensure that we deliver the best in apartment living.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver a warm greeting to residents to make them feel welcome.
- Quickly respond to all resident requests and use creativity to solve problems and drive resident satisfaction.
- Work with residents on lease alteration and lease renewal options and paperwork.
- Support the assistant manager with administrative and financial duties.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the neighborhood so that you can recommend the trendiest new coffeeshops, must-see art exhibits and other great things to do in the area.
- Coordinate community activities and social events to build resident relationships
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS)
- Experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for learning and professional development
- Strong aptitude for computer systems and software
