Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at Haute Capital Mortgage Financing. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, developing and executing business strategies, and meeting sales targets. This is a hybrid role, based in Coral Gables, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the mortgage financing industry is a MUST
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
