This position is for a confident, well organized, and urgent customer service professional who can independently respond to inbound customer calls, enter orders into ERP, follow through on customer requirements, and work with customers and sales to meet customer requests. Job Responsibilities Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing company ERP system and customer purchase orders. Responds and handles customer requests for order changes and communicates changes to the appropriate department.
