Your Role and Responsibilities As a consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Your primary responsibilities include: Build, automate, and release solutions based on clients' priorities and requirements. Explore and discover risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality, and bring to the table potential solutions. Ensure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Workday HCM certification and also certified in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking Consulting Core. Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Absence Management and/or Time Tracking modules in at least 1 project. 2+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation of Absence Management and Time Tracking module for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred. Identify Business Requirements for Absence Management and/or Time Tracking work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the project. Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Proficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in WD Absence. Desirable to have experience on WD UK or US and Canada Payroll.
