Practice Manager, Dental Office (Dental Experience Not Needed) - Killington Vermont - Permanent Hire - CLICK AND APPLY NOW

Salary Range: $68,084.10 To 113,234.19 Annually + Relocation Assistance
  • Selects, hires, trains, coach, and counsel personnel as required to ensure efficient and effective office work.
  • Manages and coordinates all staff/provider schedules.
  • Supports and upholds established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide clinical support at site to enable validation/maintenance of licensure.
  • Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.
  • Coordinates day to day operations at the sites.
  • Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities, as necessary. Ensures that the office is staffed appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred degree in Health or Business Administration.
  • Five years of operational management experience preferred.
  • Previous dental experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of fiscal management practices and human resource management techniques.
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
