Marathon TS is seeking an Agile Coach with Five (8) years of experience in agile development roles including Scrum Master or Product Owner, with hands-on experience on challenges and opportunities faced by DevSecOps agile teams.

Responsibilities:
Minimum of five (8) years of experience in agile development roles including Scrum Master or Product Owner, with hands-on experience on challenges and opportunities faced by DevSecOps agile teams.
Have strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. Shall be able to guide teams through issue or conflict resolutions and provide guidance as a facilitator or mentor with empathy.
Have a good understanding of Agile software development and DevSecOps concepts, practices, and tools.
Have effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills in collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and management. Shall understand change management principles and strategies to help organizations navigate the cultural and process transformation as part of the agile adoption mindset.
Have relevant Agile development certifications including but not limited to Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
