Lead the service department to ensure maximum profit and customer satisfaction. Direct the employees to work in a safe environment. Manage the department to achieve operation goals. Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of the employee and work environment. Develop plans to achieve department goals for quality and efficiency. Manage accounts receivables as defined in business plan as well as manage the service department to operate within the guidelines set by our manufacturers policies and procedure.
