Paid Search Specialist

The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads paid search (cost-per-click) accounts for our membership's down funnel marketing efforts. They will be responsible for campaign optimization and improvements and will also develop reports and manage campaign attribution efforts. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work a minimum of two times per week.

Pay range is $30.00-$32.75 per hour DOE, a $75/month cell phone allowance, and the following benefits:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Analyze performance data and provide synthesis, interpretation, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Bring proactive testing ideas, strategies, and best-practice understanding to the team.
  • Aid in education and team scale/growth.
  • Aid in development of detailed monthly roll-up provided to management and Marketing Manager team. Includes CPC, impressions, impression share, cost per call, cost per conversion, etc.
  • Continued involvement in education, communication, and optimization activities with the Audigy membership and internal marketing teams.
COMPETENCIES:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working in and managing Google Ads paid search campaigns required.
  • Experience with search engine bid technology (MatchCraft, Kenshoo, Wordstream, etc.)
  • Experience with PPC, bid optimization, and adjustment of paid search digital media campaigns across multiple sites.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads certification(s).
  • Maintaining and sharing up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies for digital paid media.
  • Experience with regular reporting, strategic planning, and performance management.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and managing paid search campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and fulfillment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
  • Minimum 2-3 years paid search experience
  • Google/Microsoft Ads certification(s)
  • Experience managing/optimizing programmatic display campaigns
  • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS
  • Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Hybrid work environment (in-office work minimum two days per week required)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
