Aftermarket Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftermarket Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks within established deadlines. Additionally, the Aftermarket Specialist will assist the Aftermarket Lead with day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of accounting transactions. Aftermarket Specialist Compensation and Benefits: 

Aftermarket Specialist Competitive Salary:  $23-$26 per hour

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 6paid holidays per year to Aftermarket Specialist subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Aftermarket Specialist Responsibilities: 

• Audit warranty and gap contracts and submit ACH/check payments.
• Clean accounting schedules – check for missing/aging contracts/JV cost discrepancies
• Assist with posting monthly factory statements.
• Work closely via email and phone with the dealership Finance Managers and GM assistants to ensure contracts and cancellations are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
• Log cancellations that are received daily.
• Process cancellations of aftermarket products and issue refunds to customers and/or lenders.
• Input general ledger entries for account corrections.
  
  

Aftermarket Specialist Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.
• Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
• Organized and extremely detail-oriented 
• Ability to prioritize
• Research skills
• General math skills
• Basic knowledge of dealership operations and/or office/clerical experience.
