We are looking for a Marketing Consultant for Training to enhance and project manage the training materials and communication for Adobe Workfront.
Location: Remote
Position: Marketing Consultant for Training
Pay: $72.57/hr. on W2
Duration: 6 months or longer
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Consultant to join our team to enhance and project manage the training materials and communication for Adobe Workfront. Your expertise will help redefine the usability and interface of the Workfront platform, ensuring different teams within our organization can effectively utilize its features. This role involves staying updated with the latest application updates and becoming the go-to expert for Workfront training within our organization.
- Work directly with other project managers, software developers, trainers, web admins, and end users to craft documentation, includes job aids, process guides, training guides, release notes, and other field-facing materials.
- Create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, guides, Job Aids, and tutorials to facilitate training on the Adobe Workfront platform before each release.
- Innovate and implement improvements to the Workfront training materials, ensuring they are intuitive and accessible for users at all levels.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers and quality assurance teams, to gather insights and translate them into clear, effective training content.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging features, and best practices in Adobe Workfront development to continually improve training materials.
- Offer expert technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workfront training
- Demonstrated proficiency in using and understanding the Adobe Workfront platform.
- Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating technical requirements into user-friendly content.
- Meticulous attention to detail in creating and reviewing training materials.
- Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and successful completion.
- Develop engaging informative training materials tailored to various audiences, from end-users to technical staff.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams.
- Advanced certifications or training in Adobe Workfront.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Workfront Fusion for what is does and not necessarily how it works.
- In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ability to work independently and with a cohesive team of multiple partners.
- Proficiency in programs such as MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Jira, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of emerging trends in project management and technology integration.
- Working knowledge of Agile Processes.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Knowledge of digital technologies, products and services, and the overall digital ecosystem.
- Self-starter who provides thoughtful recommendations and solutions.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
