A very well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as a Mechanical Project Manager . This involves planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to mechanical design, construction, installation, and commissioning. Specific job duties may include: Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with customer requirements and company standards. Resource Allocation: Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that project deadlines are met. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the project, such as safety hazards, cost overruns, and delays. Communication: Communicating project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Quality Control: Ensuring that all work performed meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Project Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Overall, a Mechanical Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that mechanical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
