Responsibilities:

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing brand and customer acquisition strategies across the portfolio. Through customer insights and translation of focused data, the Marketing Director develops and adapts the identity and strategic direction of the portfolio while readily adapting to market fluctuations. In addition, this individual provides vision and oversight to translate strategy into brand-enhancing and revenue-generating omnichannel initiatives effectively.

  • Develop and lead the execution of national and community-level go-to-market strategies and plans. Create and drive marketing plans to acquire new customers through focused data, research, and growth-driven strategies.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and evaluating assigned staff.
  • Build superior brand equity and oversee brand performance as measured by key brand metrics, research findings, channel execution performance metrics, and competitive environment.
  • Define acquisition metrics and targets and connect marketing activities to business results.
  • Develop customer lifecycles/journeys and provide consistent integration across all channels.
  • Inform website developments and enhancements. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide overall quality, including accurate and relevant content. Analyzes data trends, search engine optimization, and on-site analytics to inform actionable insights.
  • Manage projects on time and on budget and exhibit effective decision-making around investment alternatives that mitigate risk and maximize return.
  • Develop, understand, and report budget metrics and efficiencies.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in communications, Integrated Marketing/Communications, Journalism, or related field required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) or more years working in a strategic marketing/advertising agency or corporate marketing department.
  • At least ten (10) or more years of experience in developing and leading the execution of complex paid media plans with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, strategic planning, and tactical execution.
  • Expertise in the digital media landscape, including in-depth knowledge relating to consumer behavior, trends, and media mixes that meet business goals.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, analytical, prioritization, delegation, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • May be required to travel up to 10% of the time on behalf of the Company.
  • Travel time is subject to change based on business needs.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.
  • Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).
  • Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company motor vehicle policy standards and Travel Policy.
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
