Pay Rate: $17.55 - $22.84/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable team player with a background in customer service and strong computer skills to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. This role involves scheduling deliveries, processing requests, and communicating effectively with both external customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule deliveries with external customers and provide updates to internal employees.
  • Process requests using Descartes and Oracle systems (requires strong computer and typing skills).
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes as needed.
  • Perform basic office tasks; minimal walking and light lifting required (e.g., refilling the copy machine).
  • Work in a fully air-conditioned office space within a warehouse facility.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including database and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional interaction with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong reading, math, and written communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • Casual workplace attire (nice jeans allowed; no graphic t-shirts).
  • Secure, on-site parking available (not covered).
