Recruiter Requirements

Completed High School Diploma or GED required Experience in an HR administrative role and/or recruiting in a manufacturing industry required. Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, including entry level manufacturing roles such as manual labor, warehouse, and maintenance positions. Utilize basic computer skills; ability to work in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and employee benefit programs strongly preferred Effective interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, listening, coaching, delegation, and conflict management and resolution Ability to make critical decisions and take decisive action in a timely manner Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Capacity to work independently and within a team-oriented environment Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
