BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN

Position Title: Recruiter
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Anticipated Start Date: 08/12/2024
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.
Expected Duration: 6+ Months (possibility for extension)
Job Type: Monday through Friday - (3 days at the office)
Pay Range: $25/hr - $28/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

  • Recruitment coordinating.
  • Scheduling Interviews.
  • High paced sourcing.

Description:
Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends, and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems

The Global Enterprise Recruiting team is being hired. The recruiting coordination team is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support the interview scheduling needs of the Global Enterprise Recruiting teams. In this role, you'll spend the majority of your time coordinating interviews for candidates. The interview process may include multiple interviews (behavioral and technical), panels, an assessment and then subsequent debrief. Calendars are often busy and require organization and effective communication across multiple stakeholders to schedule. The interview scheduling needs to be high volume and require speed and accuracy. Spare time is dedicated to project work and other initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
