About the Role:

This role serves as the Product Owner for assigned Experience platforms setting out and completing a viable and prioritized roadmap for improvement and optimization which maximizes audience satisfaction and Association revenues. You will ensure a friction free user experience as set out in the experience journey maps for the agreed Association propositions and solutions.

The Product Owner participates in budget discussions with Experience and Technology leadership and will ensure adherence to final budgets.

You Will:
  • Produce competitive differentiation with platform ideas to support existing and create incremental revenue growth, engagement, value and increased profitability
  • Customer Advocate - Focuses on the development of a convenient, engaging, and seamless customer experience using design thinking across all channels, digital and physical.
  • Meet the challenges of a mobile-first world and building a experience for customers across all lines of business to produce network effects for the Association.
  • Find ways to improve internal efficiency and self-funding.
  • Provide a hands-on approach to the continuous development of new digital technologies and solutions using data to cut through indecision.
  • Aware of trends and innovates.
  • Develop collaborative relationships focused on our collective success.
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in related field
  • 3+ years product management experience
  • Experience developing market-leading digital platforms and associated business model evolution
  • Operational marketing experience and experience within digital, CRM and broader sales and marketing
  • Experience working with several technologies - marketing, sales, product and community
