Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the HR Team and will provide support to Talent Acquisition and HR operations along with a variety of employee events and initiatives, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Recruiting / Candidate Experience

· Create a high touch “best in class” candidate experience

· Support recruiting team with scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

· Assist with posting job openings, sourcing, and screening resumes, and conducting reference checks

· Ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date within applicant tracking system

Human Resources / Employee Experience

· Assist team with new hire onboarding tasks including pre-employment paperwork, background checks, I-9 verifications, and first day new employee activities

· Send new hire notification emails and ensure all onboarding/offboarding tasks are completed

· Manage the new hire data entry process for employees in HRIS

· Participate in planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, all-company meetings, employee recognition or holiday events and parties

· Assist in upkeep of company social media pages (Intranet, events calendar, LinkedIn postings, etc)

· Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Education and Experience requirements:

·

Bachelor’s Degree preferred plus 1+ years relevant work experience

·

General knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations

·

Experience scheduling interviews/meetings using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams, including scheduling across multiple time zones.

·

Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

·

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks

·

Effective interpersonal/ written/ verbal communication skills and relationship management

·

Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

·

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·

A flexible, can-do attitude
