**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Coordinate and support the donors through the recruiting process.
- Collaborate with marketing to hand out donor information cards to local businesses and potential donors in the areas surrounding the donation center.
- Attend recruitment events such as job fairs, tabling events at colleges, etc.

**Screening and Assessment**:

- Conduct initial interviews with potential donors to assess their suitability.
- Ensure that all necessary documents and files are completed in an acceptable way.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and progress.

**Education**:

- Have conversations with donors regarding the emotional and ethical aspects of sperm donation.
- Educate donors about the importance of their role in helping individuals and couples achieve their family-building goals.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by donors during the process.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with lab technicians and andrologists to understand and ensure the quality and usability of donations.
- Monitor donor compliance with guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain donor confidentiality and privacy.

**Relationship Building**:

- Foster positive relationships with donors to encourage long-term commitment (1 year or more).
- Keep track of donor appreciation milestones and activities to recognize their contributions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, psychology, human resources) preferred.
- Experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Experience with egg donors, sperm donors or plasma bank a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sensitivity and empathy when discussing sensitive topics with potential donors.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of reproductive health and fertility processes is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- The role may involve both office-based work and out of office work.
- Adherence to ethical and legal guidelines related to sperm donation is essential.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
