JOB SUMMARY:
The NetSuite Administration combines technical, business, and financial skills to support MMI’s utilization and management of its enterprise software system. The NetSuite Administrator will work with the Finance and Accounting (FA) staff, executive management, and department heads as the technical subject matter expert responsible for the NetSuite platform, its various modules, and add-ons. This role will support and monitor operational aspects of NetSuite and the use of the system by the business, as well as partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements to optimize the use of the software and related applications. The NetSuite Administrator will contribute to setup, migration, functionality enhancements, configuration, dash-boarding, custom scripting, and the ability to manage the production environment. This position will also support other Finance and Accounting functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
NetSuite Administration
Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customization, scripting, and workflows
Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, forms, records, saved searches and reports
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes that will be managed with NetSuite
Provide front line support and troubleshooting with regards to all aspects of NetSuite
Work directly with external developers, NetSuite and/or other Professional Services organizations to drive and coordinate larger, more complex NetSuite projects
Disseminate capabilities of NetSuite and functionality enhancements across the organization
Train NetSuite users, document training and effectiveness of such training
Manage multiple streams of work while actively communicating progress, roadblocks, and next steps; Follow best practices for testing, development, deployment, and implementation
Perform system upkeep and maintenance of NetSuite and related software applications
Review and support system change requests
Monitor NetSuite system performance and scheduled tasks to ensure smooth operation
Identify, evaluate, and recommend other solutions or technologies that can improve and optimize NetSuite related business processes

Organizing vendor folders
Verifying completeness of vendor profiles (ACH, W9, etc.)

Understand Medical Metrics’ Quality Policy and support the achievement of the organization’s quality objectives and take corrective action when necessary to mitigate organizational risk
Comply with company policies and procedures, as well as ISO 9001 and Current Good Clinical Practices (cGCP’s) relative to job tasks
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
Two years or more of hands-on experience with ERP systems, enterprise implementation, business operations, and support
One year or more of administrator-level experience with NetSuite
Prior work-experience in a B2B setting is preferred
NetSuite Administrator certification(s) required
Experience with Microsoft Power BI preferred
Familiarity with business systems software packages such as ERP, CRM, Analytics and reporting tools, scheduling, workflow, and project management tools, etc.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Possess good understanding of database structures, other underlying system technologies, features, and workflows
Ability to enhance or create saved searches, modify dashboards, and customize forms.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and client service skills
Excellent written and interpersonal skills
Impeccable work ethic and attention to detail
Solid analytical and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and execute responsibilities in an effective and timely manner
Effective time management and organization skills
Adept at acquiring technical knowledge through personal research and self-directed study
Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency, ability to listen and use this information to solve problems, anticipate issues and make correct decisions based on a variety of inputs situations
Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
