We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our client's team Our client is a small fabrication company that provides water treatment and plumbing systems for commercial clients. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team service information, resolving technical issues and provides administrative support.


This role is open due to growth within the company. The organization has a great company culture that helps its employees grow in their careers.

This is a work onsite role in Northwest Houston, Texas.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from general contractor customers.
  • Review contractor bid lists and jobs to set up bid projects in ERP systems.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposal packages, presentations and contracts to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities and sales orders.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Create sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Organize sales documents, ensuring they are accessible to the sales teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy in ERP.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields in a commercial construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience with ERP and CRM software.
  • Construction, engineering, or MEP experience strongly preferred.
  • ​​​​Proficiency in Netsuite strongly preferred.
  • Hubspot, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
