Estimator/Project Coordinator Job Description
WyoDak Energy Services is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator/Project Coordinator to join our team.  This position will be responsible for compliance with WyoDak standards related to quality of work and safety.  
The ideal candidate will be very comfortable with numbers and be an analytical thinker as well as have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Job responsibilities:

· Be able to track quantities and % complete on project

· Be able to read project plans

· Do take off’s  

· Be able to understand specifications  

· Complete change orders, billings, costs and profitability reporting

· Build relationships with key vendors

· Attend Tuesday morning Revenue/Planning Meeting and all pre-construction and bid walks as requested

· Obtain all necessary permits and licenses

· Assist with submittals

· Deal directly with all personnel involved with the project including engineers, consultants, clients, government officials

· Be able to travel out of town if necessary

Desired Skills & Experience

· Knowledge of all phases of the construction process from pre-construction through closeout

· Knowledge of currently used software, T-Sheets, HCSS Heavy Bid,  Foundation Software

· Basic understanding of accounting and project management

· Comfortable with technology

· Well organized and reliable
