The Origination Compliance Analyst position assists with all compliance needs for the organization. Researches and ensures compliance with both state and federal regulations.

What you will do:

  • Supports employees and managers with general compliance questions
  • Assists with internal as well as external audits of loans
  • Reviews and communicates to branches audit findings
  • Assists with compliance of ECOA- via reports and branch communication
  • Assists with other projects when needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of Processing or Compliance experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated recent experience with Encompass360
  • Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, organization, multi- tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of current business acumen.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of basic compliance regulations
