Pay: $19 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Overtime may start as early as 5:00 am.

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center. This position is essential for maintaining efficient inventory management, coordinating shipments, and upholding a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory accurately.
  • Maintain precise inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and carriers.
  • Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging.
  • Unpack and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.
  • Safely transport inventory using forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and docks.
  • Assist in disposing of packaging materials and outdated equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and data center security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory needs.
  • Support special projects directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of logistics, inventory management, or related experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and proper lifting techniques.
  • Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including overtime as required.
