Staffing Coordinator/PCP Manager

Lakeview Commons Assisted Living is located at 1422 West 29th Street Loveland, Colorado and offers furnished private rooms designed to provide comfort for individuals requiring short-term rehabilitation following hospitalization or for long-term care, or end of life care/hospice care.

We are accepting applications for a Staffing Coordinator able to work:

  • Full-time
  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Must be QMAP certified
Compensation
  • Starting wage between $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour (depending on experience)

Staffing Coordinator
  • Interviews and hires Personal Care Providers (PCP)
  • Responsible for daily and monthly scheduling for the Nursing Department for both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living
  • Orders and stocks daily supplies
  • Reports to the Director of Nurses
  • Other responsibilities include personnel tracking of absenteeism, verification of new hire forms, uniforms, payroll records and computerized reports
  • Updates schedules for illnesses, emergencies, vacations and client schedule changes
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be capable of multitasking, have strong computer and communication skills
  • Previous interviewing experience as well as experience in scheduling in the healthcare industry and using scheduling software a plus
