As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in steering our creative endeavors, overseeing diverse teams, and guiding strategic initiatives to ensure the continued success and growth of our organization.

The Senior Manager will manage the execution of marketing campaigns across Kids & Family, with an initial focus on Big Kids 6-11 properties.

Responsibilities Include

Manage the execution of world-class global marketing campaigns, delivering new audiences and retaining existing fans across multiple platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing tactics across owned, earned and paid media channels
Present marketing plans, campaign updates, and performance recaps to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in and lead brainstorm sessions to identify and develop incremental channel-specific tactics to drive additional returns
Conduct competitive analysis, research industry trends, and partner with internal research teams to help inform decision making and develop audience targets
Coordinate with BI, Finance and/or Media to confirm campaign KPIs and collection of relative campaign performance
Create and maintain essential campaign documents including calendars, one-sheets and decks
Oversee a Coordinator who leads the organization and trafficking of creative assets, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
Oversee the gathering of assets (style guides, digital assets, reference material, etc.) from creative stakeholders and ensure organized delivery to channel teams, in a timely manner
Assist in team growth and development

Basic Qualifications

5+ years experience working in entertainment marketing
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
A positive attitude and the ability to multitask and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment
Stellar organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload, working across multiple campaigns at any given time
A team player attitude.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications

Experience managing 360 marketing campaigns for Original Series preferred; streaming experience is a plus
A data driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results
Results oriented, self-motivated (Excited to find a way)
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, yet fast-paced work environment
Shown ability to meet deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
Passionate about all things pop culture and entertainment, Passion for kids & family entertainment
Experience with core business software and the ability to effectively utilize accordingly: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

The US base range for this contract position is $40-$50/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
