Job Description: The Marketing Manager position at Pom Pom at Home plays a critical role in shaping the brand's marketing strategy, driving growth, and fostering a strong connection with customers. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at driving brand awareness, increasing sales, and enhancing customer engagement. Some typical job duties and expectations include:


  • Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Pom Pom at Home products across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Management: Maintain and enhance the brand image and identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, product reviews, and email campaigns, to engage and attract target audiences.
  • Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media advertising, to drive traffic to the website and increase online sales.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth. Analyze marketing metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • with Creative Teams: Work closely with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to develop visually appealing marketing materials that resonate with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  • Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to generate press coverage and enhance brand visibility.
  • Platform Management – Manage outside marketing platforms such as Like To Know which includes UGC, Share-A-Sale, and Rakuten.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Planning and Promotion: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to showcase Pom Pom at Home products and attract new customers.
  • Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.
  • Relationship Management: Implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including loyalty programs, customer surveys, and personalized communication tactics.



Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with ads management
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required.
