About the Role As a Senior Deployment Review and Assessment Manager, you will be a key player on a high functioning team that guides our customers through their deployment lifecycle. You will be the Workday lead ultimately responsible for growing key customer relationships, attending Steering Committee meetings, and handling the customer experience through the entirety of the service. You will also become an expert on the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, focused on guiding our customers through an exceptional Workday experience as we innovate and focus on constant improvement of the WSP Service. Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and Financials product suite Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Provide guidance to partner and client resources during escalations Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously Work with customer project managers to ensure the service is completed on time and per expectations Confirm that projects are on schedule per defined project timeline Attend Executive Steering Committee meetings during project critical issue situations Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success data About You Basic Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience deploying Workday is a MUST 5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll or Financial implementations. 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications. Other Qualifications Fluency in English is required, with fluency in French Canadian or Spanish highly desirable but not essential Prior experience supporting implementations within Higher Education, government or non-profit Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills Ability to Present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings.
