Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Saturdays 7:00am 1:00 pm

Compensation: $18.00

Position Overview: Silver Creek Materials is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Revenue Specialist with a can-do spirit and a servant's heart to assist customers with their landscaping, recycling, mining, and aggregate needs. The candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work in a stressful, deadline-oriented environment that requires thinking and acting quickly to resolve problems. This position will report to the Retail Manager.

Position Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management: Overseeing and managing the entire revenue cycle, from billing to collections.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue generation.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Ensuring accurate and timely billing and invoicing to customers.
  • Collections: Managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections of outstanding invoices.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all revenue-related processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on revenue performance and presenting findings to management.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to revenue processes and systems.
  • Customer Relations: Handling customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Have a friendly, energetic and vibrant personality.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5 years' of preparing revenue reports and presenting to management.
  • 3-5 years' of billing and invoicing experience.
  • Self-motivating with a strong work ethic to exceed company and personal goals.
  • Experience using a Point of Sales System in a retail environment preferred.
  • Experience providing customer service over a multi-line phone.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers / peers in job duties.
  • Be able to effectively communicate.
  • Must be dependable and able to receive direction.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Knowledge of landscaping materials and recyclables preferred not required.
