Koch Agronomic Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join the team

Our Team

This role is part of the Customer Activation and Branding Team and will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience. Position will be based in Wichita, KS, with a flexible work schedule.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in North America, ensuring timely and effective response to inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to logistics operations.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data and order information in the company's systems, ensuring that all details are captured with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, production, and compliance, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of customer orders and shipments.
  • Monitor shipment statuses, track deliveries, and address any issues or delays in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any customer-related concerns, providing clear and concise communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and internal processes, making recommendations and implementing solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, logistics regulations, and customer requirements in the North America region to ensure compliance and the highest level of service.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience partnering with internal and external customers
  • Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks
  • Experience applying analytical thinking to daily responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Excel and database management (i.e. pivot tables and formulas)
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with North America logistics operations, including familiarity with transportation modes, customs regulations, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with logistics software (i.e. transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, etc.)
