Job Description
As an Analyst I in Quality Control (QC) focusing on Environmental Monitoring/Microbiology, you will conduct various microbiological tests including Gram staining, Endotoxin analysis, Bioburden determination, Osmolality measurements, and pH testing. Your role involves executing environmental monitoring by collecting air and surface samples in cleanroom areas to maintain regulatory compliance. You will analyze Environmental Monitoring data trends using JMP and LIMS software to pinpoint improvement areas or compliance issues and participate in investigations to resolve OOS results. Additionally, you will develop work plans to align with production and scheduling demands, prepare necessary materials for testing, and participate in validation studies such as Media Fill, Process Simulation, and Smoke Studies.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Grove City, Ohio.
Work Environment
The role involves approximately 70% of work time in a cleanroom environment, taking samples, and the remaining 30% in lab testing. You will need to gown up for 2-4 hours at a time. The position is part of a growing team of 7 analysts, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility for early starts or late finishes, occasional weekend work for 2-3 hours, and rotating holidays.
