Experience & Qualifications Current Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current certification in adult CPR. 3 years of experience, preferably as an Assistant DON or RN Unit Manager in geriatric nursing preferred. Medicare and Medicaid knowledge preferred. LTC Management Experience with excellent clinical evaluation skills. 2+ years of experience as an RN; one year in long-term care preferred.
