Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising nursing assistants, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charts, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The Registered Nurse will be required to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift patients and equipment as needed. The position also requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including patient rooms, nursing stations, and other areas of the facility.

The Registered Nurse will be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, and other health risks, and will be required to follow established protocols for infection control and safety.
