As the Operations Specialist you will manage the development and implementation of department-wide quality control measures. You will recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of daily operations. This is an onsite role located at our Grand Prairie location and you will report to the Manufacturing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
  • Oversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessary
  • Investigating and resolving production issues
  • Performing root cause analysis for production errors
  • Working with product and other departments/functions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure machines and equipment are running properly, monitoring production processes, evaluating output, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance departments to follow budget
  • Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute to staff
  • Communicate and coordinate with employees (including executive operations team) and vendors
  • Onboard new employees to ensure that they follow standard operating procedures
  • Investigate and resolve or recommend solutions for production issues
  • Perform root cause analysis for production issues/errors and recommend improvements
  • Work with Product during feature implementation to meet operational requirements
  • Review and enhance operating processes for efficiency and quality
  • Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, operations, or technical customer-facing roles
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project management experience
  • #LI-Onsite
