As our US Brand Manager, you will: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive sales, and establish our company as a top tequila brand in the US market. Lead the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships. Manage the brand's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community. Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful product placement and promotions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Manage the brand's budget and track the ROI of marketing initiatives. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and consumer activation.

What we're looking for: Harvard graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing. No industry experience required Strong understanding of the US market and consumer behavior. Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for tequila and Mexican culture. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
