Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription: Summary: The Treasury Management Supervisor provides support to the VP of Treasury Management Department with administrative duties and the oversight and management of all related digital banking products and services. Fulfilling this role requires exercising discretion and independent judgment with the day-to day tasks of the department, by planning directing and organizing the activities of the personnel. The responsibilities extend to assisting in the development, enhancements, and servicing of all digital banking products the Bank offers that fall under the scope of the Treasury Management Department, which includes, however it is not limited to: consumer and business online banking, bill payment, Zelle, mobile application, mobile deposit, remote deposit capture, wire transfers, ACH transactions and positive pay.Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and the operational activities of the department.

2. Appropriately cross-trained to perform relevant department duties to support job functions in cases where other team members are absent.

3. Assist the VP of Treasury Management in maintaining an oversight of the department ensuring policy, procedures, and industry regulations are being adhered to.

4. Perform changes and updates to the Policy & Procedures Manual(s) per VP of Treasury Management instructions and create workflows for each task performed.

5. Assist in providing guidance to less experienced staff, conduct training sessions as deemed necessary and instructed by VP of Treasury Management, particularly during new product implementation and when new team members join the department.

6. Responsible for reviewing the Treasury Management Requests and maintaining quality control during the on-boarding process of clients in the Online Business Banking (Treasury Management) Platform.

7. Support the department in handling in-bound calls, emails, and other forms of communication, from customers (external) and colleagues (internal) pertaining, but not limited to the following: inquiries, training, resetting passwords, unlocking online user access, placing/removing profile holds, executing authorized/approved temporary limit increases to products/services and other applicable requests.

8. Responsible for conducting research, supporting/collaborating with all individuals and departments involved, and identifying and resolving issues that arise.

9. Assist in preparation and research for request lists from audits, examinations, and monitoring reviews.

10. Responsible for being an integral part of driving digital banking projects from concept to completion and implementation.

11. Assist in ensuring that the finalized projects meet the business requirements/goals, fulfill intended end-user functionality.

12. Prepare reports upon request and as needed for the department.

13. Participate in meetings, as assigned; may give presentations during management meetings and/or business development activities.

14. Perform other duties as deemed necessary within the Treasury Management Department.
