Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. This is an entry level position with an expectation to grow with the A gency. Insurance experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to existing and newly acquired policyholders.
  • Answer the phone, greet customers, take payments, and complete various other daily activities.
  • Be timely in accordance with the Agency office hours and present a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Base Salary
  • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
  • Additional compensation can be earned throughout the year in the form of promotional events, production in various approved products, and growth of the agency.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
