Customer Experience Manager

At River Rocks Landing, We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will oversee all aspects of our customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. we need you to be a strategic leader with a deep passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. You have to understand the impact you’ll create on customer experience and, therefore, the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the Company.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing customer service standards and guidelines to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery for building customer relations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as training programs for customer service representatives, streamlining onboarding processes, and resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Analyzing customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify customer pain points and different ways to improve the customer journey and create a positive experience.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channel.
Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, providing regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service management role, demonstrably improving satisfaction and loyalty.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in customer experience management software and CRM systems.
Ability to Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
This is currently a remote position.
