* Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant

* Lead, inspire, and educate restaurant staff to achieve their defined goals and results, consistently monitoring performance and creating development plans

* Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations issues; identify appropriate training and/or coaching opportunities and follow-up to ensure effective, legally compliant, and consistent resolutions are reached

**Customer Service**

* Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service

* Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.

* Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve customers experience

* Promptly response to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person

**Administrative**

* Handle paperwork and other administrative duties

**Desired Qualifications & Abilities**

Experience

* Minimum 5 years experience working as a bartender, server, or manager in a restaurant environment

* Demonstrated success in process improvement and initiative

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manage, and motivate a team

* Confidence and business acumen to delegate staff effectively based on business conditions

* Organized and efficient with great attention to detail

* Exceptional guest service skills

* Collaborative and respectful presence with entire Front of House team

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate clearly, with composure and enthusiasm, to customers and staff

* Willing to work a flexible weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday) including nights and holidays

* Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol (e.g., TIPSs (Training for Intervention Procedures)

* Analytical skills and a solid understanding of business management practices and strategies

* Move lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
