About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to join our team at Floor Coverings International of Canton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects and provide expert guidance on design and installation options.
  • Sales System: Utilize our proprietary sales system to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze customer data.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with clients.
  • Installation Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules and communication with our office team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with our install team to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is required, with a strong understanding of flooring products and installation methods.
  • Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets and achieve business growth.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
