As a Compensation Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and managing compensation programs. You will ensure that compensation practices are competitive, equitable and aligned with the business objectives. Compensation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive positioning
  • Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design incentive and bonus programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and management on compensation-related matters
  • Prepare and present compensation reports and analyses to senior leadership
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark positions
  • Lead the merit and incentive cycles

Compensation Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods and market analysis
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
