Key Responsibilities As a results-focused Self Starter, theTechnical Project Manager is responsible for hands-on project management across multiple business applications and integrations in various states of the Software Development Life Cycle. The ideal candidate would possess 8 or more years of experience managing projects in the software industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with business customers and the internal team. Technical Skills : System thinker - knows how to organize data and workflow Problem solver - can look at problems multiple ways Experienced with - Data / Workflow Analysis Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to ask leading and great questions. Able to negotiate with clients Thought leadership- able to see the big picture to lead a client to a bigger/better solution. Client Management - Delight them with your abilities Empathy being able to see multiple sides Other Skills Proactive Teamwork - recognizes impact to the team Ownership of work. Not afraid to take control and see to completion Integrates with the company processes and culture Experience : Negotiation: 3 years (Preferred) Time Management: 3 years (Preferred) QuickBase Experience: 2+ years (Preferred) Key Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in the software industry Self-driven, independent, and accountable Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and an intense desire to succeed Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with both business and development teams Ability to vet business and technical requirements Willing to learn from and freely share knowledge with others, and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams Able to work independently or on a team, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Natural problem solver with a strong awareness of risk Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable with initially undefined projects Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge Proactively identify opportunities for client upsell Ability to learn QuickBase and/or other current technologies the company is using tocreatesolutions for clients Experience with Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies Experience with Process-driven applications About Us VeilSun delivers value-based innovation for cloud applications.
