Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Project Manager, where you will hold primary responsibility for the delivery of individual projects while ensuring achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives. You will manage changes to the prime contract, coordinate project resources, oversee site safety, and ensure top-quality design and construction. Your role also involves close collaboration with Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, and financial groups to monitor performance, manage project financial issues, and maintain fluid communication across all project participants.
Hard Skills
+ Pharmaceutical/Clean Room project experience
+ Experience managing mechanical scopes of commercial projects
+ Budget and schedule development and management
+ Prime contract change management
+ Subcontract and purchase order preparation
Soft Skills
+ Risk identification and mitigation

Work Environment
Brand new office space equipped with double monitors, kitchen, and lounge area. Operating hours are 8-5 with flexible scheduling options depending on project demands. The office hosts a vibrant team of 50 people.
