We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will handle daily processing of transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your responsibilities include printing and stamping received invoices, routing invoices for approval, posting approved invoices with correct GL coding, and following up on invoice statuses. You will also manage accounts payable month-end duties, address vendor and employee inquiries, and handle sales & use tax assessments. Additional responsibilities include processing fixed assets as per policy and addressing any issues or problems at least twice a week. You will also take on additional projects as assigned.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Santa Monica, California and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days work-from-home). Initial training schedule is Monday-Friday, 9-6pm for the first week in office. Subsequently, flexible hours between 8-5 or 9-6. Reporting to the AP Manager.
