LHH is currently hiring for an HR Generalist that will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and coordination tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job postings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and facilitate offboarding process.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration.
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
