Effectively handle diverse gift contributions for deposit and recording. Lead processing mail contribution entry: receive, open mail daily, and accurately enter contributions in Raiser’s Edge software. Track and record gift payment and registration details for a variety of projects and funds. Perform accurate and efficient data entry into Raiser’s Edge software to ensure data integrity. Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure donor funds are properly designated throughout the organization. Deliver high-quality customer service to donors, internal team members, and EFCA-affiliated personnel, via phone, email, and in-person. Perform a variety of office clerical support duties to assist in the accomplishment of the Donor Services goals. Skills and Education Requirements:

Alignment with and commitment to the mission and values of the EFCA. Personal, committed relationship with Jesus Christ. Must have completed 2 years of college or have equivalent years of experience. Minimum of 1 year experience in database operations required. Ability to effectively communicate in a business-like manner which represents the image of the EFCA. Ability to maintain confidentiality in financial and other matters. Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform assigned responsibilities under minimal supervision. Ability to spend more than 50% of work time using a keyboard and a computer. NOTE:
