Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Office Manager to oversee our office's daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment. The Office Manager will manage administrative duties, coordinate office activities, and support our team to maximize efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations:
- Manage day-to-day office functions, including facility maintenance, supply orders, and vendor management.
- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to maintain office technology and equipment.
- Provide administrative assistance to leadership and other departments, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and handling correspondence.
- Oversee the organization and management of office files, records, and document retention.
- Prepare and process reports, invoices, and purchase orders as required.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including setting up workstations, and providing orientation to office procedures.
- Maintain employee records, track office attendance, and support HR initiatives as needed.
- Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage office celebrations, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
