We believe in paying people fairly, so we've established a compensation model aimed to ensure everyone at Fearless - regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or negotiation skills - is given equal pay for equal work. Our approach to compensation is intended to ensure our total package serves all of your needs and includes base pay, medical and other benefits, performance rewards, 401k matching, plus a few perks (tech and wellness reimbursement programs) Our salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location and provide team members salary growth within a salary grade over time. Team members automatically progress within a salary range through annual increases (given to reward service at Fearless) or merit increases (given to reward and individual's demonstrated performance and growth within the position). Fearless team members are also eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance.

The salary ranges for this position based on location are listed below. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified as a part of our annual salary range review.

Summary

Fearless' Human Resources group is the bedrock of our team member experience, providing knowledgeable assistance (we're never too busy to help our people), responsive and caring problem solving, guidance to our people and company, benefits and services that support our people and their loved ones, and trusted advisement on a wide range of issues.

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources group within our People Ops department through a range of activities. This role will support all members of the HR team through a range of activities across the HR domain. This role will shine with attention to detail, fast-paced progress, and people-centered coordination, administrative support, and problem solving.
Responsibilities and Contributions
Organizational and Leadership Role
  • Onboard new team members to Fearless including but not limited to running background checks, assigning and auditing onboarding documents, scheduling and hosting new hire training, and transitioning to management team
  • Assist with benefit and leave management through administrative responsibilities including but not limited to benefit enrollment, leave eligibility and processing, working with our broker to escalate enrollment concerns, and communicating payroll changes
  • Independently executes and implements activities at the direction of the HR Director and HR Specialists as needed. This includes supporting our HR databases and multiple HR processes including but not limited to benefits management, leave, performance enablement, assisting with terminations, and end of year processes
  • Proactively manages logistics and needs in support of the HR team.
  • Delivers a high degree of team member confidentiality, uses discretion and professionalism in all interactions, and follows policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with People Ops team members, mostly the HR Group, as well as all Fearless team members to support HR services.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Functional Role
  • Executes correspondence, including incoming calls, general emails, Slack messages, etc.
  • Presents on or communicates with team members about HR services, benefits, and policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • System and records management
    • Supports maintenance of accurate information in our HR systems to reach and manage team member needs.
    • Provides written and verbal explanations of policies and procedures; provides ideas for improvement of existing policies and procedures
    • Manages data entry for team member records.
  • Produces reports and gleans insights for data-driven decision making.
  • All other duties as assigned.
