We are looking to hire a Business Developer with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude. If the above description sounds like you, we want to talk to you about joining our growing DB Services team in our ongoing mission to positively impact clients through the development of custom solutions that increase workplace efficiencies. Initiate communications with potential prospects and existing customers via electronic channels Understand business processes and offerings in order to communicate value and services to prospective customers Write proposals for company services for potential customers Identify appropriate RFI's and RFP's and navigate bidding processes Work directly with CEO and sales engineers to close qualified opportunities Update customer information and prospect information in CRM tools, Salesforce experience a bonus Create licensing quotes and manage licensing renewals for customers Build relationships with current customers through follow-up communications Collaborate with Sales Engineers to scope out development projects Answer incoming calls Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications

2+ years of business developer experience Confidence and drive to deliver verbal communications with prospects and customers Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate high levels of persistence and resilience Strong organizational skills Exhibit signs of innovation and a positive attitude Flexibility to pick up and assist with other tasks for the team Ability to perform job functions with little-to-no supervision Key Performance Indicators
